Tom DeRoller, Director of Development at EMH Charter School
Tom DeRoller is an accomplished senior executive, advancement strategist, and respected community leader with a passion for building meaningful relationships and strengthening organizations.
As Vice President for Advancement and Marketing at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School, Tom leads initiatives in philanthropy, strategic partnerships, marketing, and community engagement. His distinguished career spans nonprofit leadership, education, business development, and fundraising, including multimillion-dollar initiatives.
A recipient of the Rochester Business Journal ICON Honors Award, Tom has made a lasting impact through his philanthropic efforts, including a charitable golf tournament that raised more than $600,000 for veterans' services and the founding of the ChainReaction Charity Cycling Team, which has raised more than $1 million for charitable causes.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tom is known for his engaging personality, polished presence, and genuine commitment to helping others succeed. A highly skilled Toastmaster, he serves as President of Rochester High Noon Toastmasters and Toastmasters International Area 53 Director, inspiring others to become confident, effective communicators. His appreciation for professional image and personal presentation is reflected in his role as an ambassador for Adrian Jules Clothier and as founder of Pocket Squared Men's Fashion Accessories.
