Joshua Beisker from Underberg & Kessler LLP will provide an overview of the Federal Corporate Transparency Act, designed to prevent money laundering, tax fraud and other financial crimes, and requires certain business entities to file a beneficial ownership information report. It went into effect January 1, 2024.
Josh’s seminar will:
• Define these new pieces of legislation and their requirements.
• Discuss who must comply with each.
• Explain how to comply with them, and the penalty for failing to do so.
