Out of the Office Services was founded by Nicole Vosburgh of East Rochester as a Virtual Assistant company in 2015 by a need in the micro and small business community of upstate New York. Most start a business because of a passion or talent they wish to pursue, NOT because they want to do the mundane tasks of business ownership, but hiring staff is a huge and scary commitment that many are not in the position to step into.
In 2019 OOS made the transition from Virtual Assistance to Business Marketing now offering a FULL B2B solution. With the concept of still helping to manage the little things Nicole opened the doors for small to middle sized business to experience the opportunity of proper brand recognition.
As such...Out of the Office Services was reborn with a renewed focus of Warehousing/Kitting/Fulfillment, Promotional Merchandise and Apparel, and Short-run Print Facilitation.
OOS continues to evolve, now legally known as Out of the Office Services, LLC. The new location within East Rochester has allowed for the growth of the marketing conceptual showroom, full professional meeting space, and in-house production. With a continuously expanding staff, we look forward to this continued growth with additional in-house production on the horizon, a growing staff team, and the opportunity to help YOU with Putting Your Brand in Their Hands!
